Arrival:
The apartments are available from 14:00.
Of course you can arrive earlier, to enjoy the morning on the slopes.
Please inform us, when your arrival is later than 20:00.

Departure:
Check-out is possible until 10:00

Reservation:
The reservation confirmation is obligatory, as soon as the deposit was paid. The deposit confirmation guarantees the stay. If the deposit isn’t paid, we reserve cancelling the reservation for us.

Deposit:
The deposit from 25% of the total amount can be done via bank transfer or credit card debiting within 2 weeks. In case of a cancellation outside the stated respites, the deposit less a processing charge will be retransferred.

Children:
Reduction for children with additional occupancy:
0-6 years: 8 Euro reduction
7-15 years: 6 Euro reduction

Bread service:
The price includes 2 pieces rolls or grain rolls per person/day, which are brought from the bakery in the morning. You can also order more bread, which gets added to the room account.

Local Tax:
Winter: € 3,00 per person per night
Children under 16 years are free

Short stays:
In case of a short stay (1-5 nights), 20 EURO per night get added to the price.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
In case of a cancellation outside the stated respites, a processing fee will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance:
In order that there are no unnecessary costs in case of a cancellation, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance: www.europaeische.at

Parking place:
Per apartment there are two car parking lots available in front of the house. Bigger cars or busses can only be parked at the house on request.

Smoking/non-smoking:
All apartments are non-smoking apartments.
